We can connect you with design resources and provide technical guidance on file prep, but we're primarily a production and fulfillment partner. We work best when you bring the creative direction.

How long does production take?

Standard runs: 2–3 weeks from approved artwork. Rush production is available — we'll give you a firm timeline upfront before you commit. Complex bundles or cut & sew may take longer.

What if I have a hard release date?

Tell us your date and we'll work backwards. We've executed hundreds of release-date drops. As long as you give us enough lead time, we'll hit it.

What decoration methods do you offer?

Screenprint (spot color, simulated process, specialty inks), embroidery (flat, 3D puff, chenille), woven labels, custom packaging, and hang tags. We'll recommend the right method for your design.

Can you match Pantone colors?

Yes. We work to Pantone specs on screenprint. For embroidery, we match to the closest available thread color and send you a swatch for approval.

What's the difference between preorder and in-stock fulfillment?

Preorder: customers order before production is complete. We hold inventory and batch-ship on your release date. In-stock: inventory is warehoused and ships same-day or next-day when orders come in.

Can I run a preorder before production is finished?

Yes. This is actually the recommended approach for most drops. It lets you gauge demand, generate cash flow before release, and eliminate overstock risk.

How do you handle limited drops with a hard cutoff?

We set up the drop window with you, produce to your specified quantity, and close orders when the window ends or inventory runs out. No overselling.

How complex can bundles get?

Very. We've done 6-item bundles with custom packaging, signed inserts, numbered certificates, variant splits, and personalized elements. If you can design it, we can kit it.

Can you include non-merch items in bundles (vinyl, CDs, books)?

Yes. We can receive and kit third-party items — vinyl, CDs, zines, prints, anything that ships in a box. We'll need to coordinate receiving timelines with your production schedule.

Yes. If your bundle includes a tee in multiple colorways or sizes, we handle the variant logic and kitting. We'll map it out in a spec sheet before production.

Yes. We ship to venues, warehouses, tour buses, and any address. For tour routing, we coordinate with your tour manager to hit each stop on time.

We handle it. Damaged goods, lost packages, wrong items — we coordinate with carriers and replace or refund as needed. You don't deal with the logistics of fixing it.
